What languages the GoIPpro voice agent speaks

The GoIPpro speech engine declares support for 646 languages — from English and Chinese to Kazakh, Amharic and 20 separate dialects of Arabic. The full list with ISO 639 codes is in the table below. It is exported straight from the engine's source code (omnivoice 0.2.0, utils/lang_map.py), not written by a marketer. Before a specific language goes into production, we verify recognition and synthesis quality separately, on real calls.

What this means in practice

646 is the number of languages the engine understands. That is a checkable fact: the list below is a direct export from the code. But “the engine supports it” and “the agent is ready to call your customers” are two different things. Working quality is confirmed per language before deployment — on recordings of real conversations, with native speakers. If your language is not among the verified ones, we will test it for your project.

The agent speaks the caller's language

Not “English plus a dozen others”, but seriously: the platform engine declares 646 languages and dialects. Kazakh, Uzbek, Azerbaijani, Armenian, Georgian — for the CIS and the Caucasus. Swahili, Hausa, Yoruba, Amharic — for Africa. Arabic is not one line but twenty dialects: Egyptian, Levantine, Maghrebi, Gulf and others. Cantonese and Hokkien — for diasporas the large vendors serve as an afterthought. Quality on priority languages is checked on live calls — like everything here, with a public write-up in Behind the Glass.

Does the agent speak Kazakh and Uzbek?

Yes: Kazakh (kk), Uzbek (uz/uzn), Kyrgyz (ky), Tajik (tg), Turkmen (tk), Azerbaijani (az), Armenian (hy), Georgian (ka), Turkish (tr), Tatar (tt), Bashkir (ba), Yakut (sah) and other languages of the CIS and the Caucasus.

Which Arabic dialects does the engine distinguish?

Not “Arabic” in general, but 20 separate dialects: Egyptian (arz), Moroccan (ary), Algerian (arq), Tunisian (aeb), Libyan (ayl), Sudanese (apd), Levantine (apc), Mesopotamian (acm), Gulf (afb), Najdi (ars), Hijazi (acw), Omani (acx) and others — plus Modern Standard Arabic (arb).

African languages?

Swahili (sw), Hausa (ha), Yoruba (yo), Igbo (ig), Amharic (am), Somali (so), Zulu (zu), Xhosa (xh), Wolof (wo), Lingala (ln), Kinyarwanda (rw), Nigerian Pidgin (pcm) and dozens more.

Chinese?

Mandarin (zh), Cantonese (yue) and Southern Min / Hokkien (nan) as separate languages — which matters for diasporas (Hong Kong, Taiwan, South-East Asia) — plus Uyghur (ug) and Tibetan (bo).

A known limitation. Portuguese exists in the engine as a single entry (pt), with no split between European and Brazilian. European pronunciation is achieved through voice cloning with a reference in the required accent. We say this openly, because we would rather name a limitation ourselves than have you find it during deployment.

Support declared by the engine. Quality in a specific language is confirmed by a pilot on live calls.
Portuguese is available as a single variant (pt). European pronunciation comes from voice cloning with a reference, configured at deployment.

Machine-readable version of this list: languages.json — 646 entries, name field plus ISO 639 code. Source: LANG_NAME_TO_ID, omnivoice 0.2.0, utils/lang_map.py. Take it as it is — for cross-checking, integration or citation.

Questions and answers

How many languages does the GoIPpro voice agent support?
The engine declares 646 languages (exported from the omnivoice 0.2.0 code); working quality is confirmed per language before deployment.

Where does the list come from?
A direct export of the LANG_NAME_TO_ID dictionary from the engine's utils/lang_map.py. This is support declared by the engine, not the result of our quality tests.

Can you build an agent in a rare language the large vendors don't have?
That is our specialisation: rare languages and dialects, local numbers in hard-to-reach countries, and self-hosted deployment.

Didn't find your language, or unsure about quality? Ask the founder's digital twin by voice — or write to us, and we'll test your language on real recordings.
